We provide individualised medicines support to primary care and community pharmacy across south east London (SEL), with a focus on prescribing in line with local and national guidance from all healthcare settings.
Please note: this is an interface link advisory service. We do not have access to EMIS in primary care, and we are unable to offer direct contact with patients and carers.
The SEL Adult formulary is available via SEL Joint Medicines Formulary
The SEL Paediatric Formulary is available via Clinibee. Users with an nhs.uk or nhs.net email address can register to access the Paediatric Formulary content.
Specials are medicines manufactured in the UK by the holder of a Specials Manufacturing Authorisation Licence, or imported medicines that do not have a UK marketing authorisation. Specials may only be supplied where there is no licensed medicine available to meet the special clinical needs of individual patients.
For information on prescribing Specials, including recommendations on alternative licensed and off-label preparations, please refer to the SEL Specials Cribsheet.
