You can now get a free, 5 – 30 minute NHS Vital 5 Check at the One Bromley Wellbeing Hub, located in the Glades (upper mall opposite M&S).

We’ll check:

These areas are called the Vital 5 as they are crucial for long-term good health and wellbeing.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, 10.45am to 2.45pm
  • Thursday, 11.15am to 6.15pm

What happens at a Vital 5 Check?

The Vital 5 Check is available to residents aged 18 and over, and only takes between 5 – 30 minutes to complete. At the end you’ll get your personal Vital 5 passport, which is a good indication of your overall health and what you can do to improve it.

You’ll also receive helpful tips and learn where you can access further support to help you achieve your health goals.

By knowing your Vital 5, you’ll be joining a growing number of residents taking proactive steps towards a stronger, healthier Bromley.

The Hub is located in the Glades shopping centre (upper mall opposite M&S).

Getting to us

By bus

Closest stop: Elmfield Road (stop U towards Bromley North, and stop V towards Downham or Sundridge)

Bus stations can be found on Elmfield Road outside Regents Arcade and Widmore Road.

By train

Frequent rail services to Bromley South Station (eight minutes walk to the shopping centre) and Bromley North Station (five minutes walk).

By car

From the M25 via junction 3 and 4, A21 and A20 links London to the M25, with the A232 from Croydon and the A2 from Dartford.

By bike

Cycle parking can be found on Elmfield road and on the High Street outside the main entrance.
