Online Lunch and Learn sessions are now available to book on the new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), provided by vivup for all members of the primary and social care workforce across South East London Integrated Care System (SEL ICS).

The EAP is a free and confidential support service designed to help staff manage a range of personal and professional challenges. Funded by SEL ICS to help level up access to support for all those working in health and care, this one-year pilot offers a vital resource to help staff take a proactive approach to their health and wellbeing.

Join us for our upcoming bite-sized Lunch & Learn sessions to explore how the EAP programme can support your wellbeing – from emotional support to real savings on everyday spending.

  • A clear overview of your EAP services – learn about the full range of support available from counselling and financial advice to work/life wellbeing support.
  • Live demo of the Vivup platform – See how to access your account and make the most of the tools and services available, including wellbeing resources and personalised support.
