Please join us for the Bexley Wellbeing Partnership Meeting. This is an opportunity for us to share our plans for health and care services for the residents of Bexley. This will include updates on our work on improving urgent care and access to primary care services for our residents. The Bexley Wellbeing Partnership was formed to deliver joined up care for individuals. Working together in this way brings a personalised approach to meeting the needs of the changing Bexley population and to maintaining a thriving community.
Our ‘Let’s Talk’ session for this meeting will focus on be Creative Health. We will hear from guest speakers about how the power of the arts and creativity can have a positive effect on health and wellbeing, and how creativity can be used to improve health outcomes in Bexley’s communities.
Members of the public will have an opportunity to send in questions in advance of the meeting. Please send in your questions to bexleyquestions@selondonics.nhs.uk before 5pm on Monday 21st July. Questions received after this time may have to be responded to following the meeting. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during the meeting.
