New support system now live for people with learning disabilities or autism
We have launched a new online service called the Dynamic Support Register (DSR) Portal. It’s there to help anyone in south east London with a learning disability, autism, or both.

Why this matters to you
The DSR Portal helps make sure you get the right support at the right time. It identifies people who may need extra help before they face a mental health crisis. That means fewer hospital visits and better care closer to home.

- People and families can refer themselves directly
- Support staff can update records straightaway
- Health, social care, and schools can all see information when needed (with your consent)
- Better data for planning care across south-east London
What this means for you now
You, or someone you care for, can ask for help directly and with ease. Staff can act faster. You get better joined-up support across different services. That helps keep you well and supported in your community.
