MSK Support:

In collaboration with the GSTT Physiotherapy team, we are pleased to offer Musculoskeletal (MSK) support as part of the wellbeing initiatives for SE London’s primary and social care workforce. This support is divided into three key components:

A) 1:1 Bespoke Physiotherapy (Reactive Support)

In-person assessments and treatment of MSK injuries – including rehabilitation. Delivered at St Thomas’ Hospital.  Please contact uzo.umemezie2@nhs.net for a referral form.

B) Preventative Physiotherapy Workshops

Monthly online workshops designed to support early intervention, education and prevention of MSK related issues.

 C) Weekly Physiotherapy-Led Exercise Classes

Led by qualified physiotherapists, these virtual classes alternate weekly between Pilates and back care, helping to build strength, improve flexibility and support long-term MSK health.
