RISE Staff Masterclasses – New dates for Spring/Summer 2026
New dates are now available to book for RISE (Reflect, Inspire, Support & Empower) – a CPD-certified leadership development programme for health and care managers across South East London.
RISE was launched by the South East London Integrated Care System to support managers at all levels to feel more confident in their role, handle everyday challenges, and better support their teams.
Evidence shows that when managers feel supported, staff are more engaged, more likely to stay, and experience better wellbeing. This has a direct impact on team performance and patient care.
What makes RISE different:
RISE is not a traditional e-learning course. It is a practical and flexible development journey.
Managers can:
- Choose any one of the eight modules to attend
- Take part without any requirement to complete the full programme
- Focus on topics most relevant to their current role and challenges
RISE modules include:
- Module 1 – Self-leadership
- Module 2 – Team dynamics
- Module 3 – Inclusion
- Module 4 – Being a fair leader
- Module 5 – Compassionate leadership
- Module 6 – Developing your team
- Module 7 – Health and wellbeing
- Module 8 – System thinking
Masterclasses and celebration hackathon:
Each module is supported by interactive masterclasses that bring learning into real work situations.
These sessions are:
- Co-designed with managers
- Practical and discussion-based
- Focused on tools that can be used straight away
Managers who take part can also join a final celebration hackathon to share learning, reflect on impact, and help embed positive change across teams.
