Autumn vaccination
The COVID-19 vaccine this autumn is being offered to people who are:
- aged 75 or over
- aged 6 months to 74 years and have a weakened immune system because of a health condition or treatment
- live in a care home for older adults
Adults can book a COVID-19 vaccination appointment online or in the NHS App now. Vaccination appointments will take place from 1 October 2025.

Vaccination for immunosuppressed patients
Between now and the start of the Autumn campaign, only newly immunosuppressed patients will be offered a vaccine. For example, those who have recently had a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy.
