On 1 July, we established a new Integrated Care Board bringing together partners from across health and care organisations in south east London, with responsibility for allocating resources and planning and overseeing local health and care services.

One of our most important tasks up until April 2023 will be to support the development of an integrated care strategy for our South East London Integrated Care System, and a five-year system plan to deliver this strategy. We are excited about the chance to develop an effective strategy and plan for our system, focusing on the new opportunities, within a statutory integrated care system, for us to work together on major cross-system challenges.

We would like to invite you to join us for an online discussion with ICS staff, local people living in south east London and people working in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector to start the discussion on our ICS strategy and plan. We want to hear from you about what do you think are the big opportunities and challenges from our system, and the areas where, by working as a system, we could have the greatest impact. We also want to understand what we might need to do differently as a system to make faster progress on longstanding issues.

This is just the start of an ongoing discussion on our ICS strategy and plan, so if you cannot attend this webinar or the webinar on Friday 22 July 2 – 4 pm there will be further opportunities for you to get involved including on Let’s Talk Health and Care South East London and further community engagement opportunities.

We are running two time slots for this event to ensure as many people as possible can join:

Please note these webinars will be the same so you do not need to book to attend both.

The webinar will take place on Zoom and the link will be sent out on the morning of Monday 25 July. Please look out for it in your email inbox.
