Finalists announced for 2026 SEL ICS Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Awards

The finalists for the 2026 South East London Integrated Care System (SEL ICB) Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Awards, have been announced.

The awards celebrate the outstanding efforts of colleagues at a local level, showcasing the difference they are making to improve equity and inclusion across the system. They also highlight the importance of EDI to patients, staff and health and care organisations across south east London.

This year, 114 nominations were received across seven award categories, reflecting the passion, commitment and impact of individuals, teams and initiatives working to advance EDI.

Following a thorough judging process, finalists have now been selected. The standard of nominations was exceptionally high, demonstrating the breadth of work taking place across the region.

The awards form part of a wider programme of events designed to inspire, connect and celebrate people working across health and care in south east London:

  • Tuesday 30 June, 1pm to 2pm – Fireside chat: Leading change through influence and accountability
  • Wednesday 1 July, 9.45am to 1pm – Celebration event, including a keynote from Cherron Inko-Tariah
