You can now get a free, 5 – 30 minute NHS Vital 5 Check at the One Bromley Wellbeing Hub, located at the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre Ravensleigh House, 22 Westmoreland Place, Bromley, BR1 1DS. Appointments are also available at The Pavilion, Kentish Way, Bromley BR1 3EF

What happens at a Vital 5 Check?

The Vital 5 Check is available to residents aged 18 and over, and only takes between 5 – 30 minutes to complete. At the end you’ll get your personal Vital 5 passport, which is a good indication of your overall health and what you can do to improve it.

You’ll also receive helpful tips and learn where you can access further support to help you achieve your health goals.

By knowing your Vital 5, you’ll be joining a growing number of residents taking proactive steps towards a stronger, healthier Bromley.
