You can now get a free, 5 – 30 minute NHS Vital 5 Check at the Bromley Wellbeing Hub, located in the Glades (upper mall opposite M&S).

We’ll check:

What happens at a Vital 5 Check?

The Vital 5 Check only takes between 5 – 30 minutes. At the end you’ll get your personal Vital 5 passport, which is a good indication of your overall health and what you can do to improve it.

You’ll also receive helpful tips and learn where you can access further support to help you achieve your health goals.

How to find us

The Hub is located in the Glades shopping centre (upper mall opposite M&S) and open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am to 6.30pm.

Closest stop: Elmfield Road

Bus stations on Elmfield Road outside Regents Arcade and Widmore Road.

By train

Closest station: Bromley South

Frequent rail services to both stations, which are only a 3/6 minute walk to the centre.

By car

From the M25 via junction 3 and 4, A21 and A20 links London to the M25, with the A232 from Croydon and the A2 from Dartford.

By bike

Cycle parking can be found on Elmfield road and on the High Street outside the main entrance.
