Some GP practices in south east London have been experiencing issues with how they receive test results, including, for example: X-rays, MRI scans and blood tests. This issue is in just one part of practices’ IT systems, and does not affect how all test results are sent and received.
NHS South East London is working with partners and GP practices to identify whether patients have been affected by this issue. We are also working to ensure that the issue is resolved.
We appreciate that this may be concerning. GP practices are in the process of reviewing their test results, and if any of their patients are affected, the practice will contact patients directly.
