New animations bring neighbourhood working to life
Two new animations have been developed to help explain what a neighbourhood health service and integrated neighbourhood teams mean in practice. The short films use patient scenarios to show how healthcare, community, housing and voluntary sector services can work together to provide more joined-up, personalised support closer to home.
Designed for both staff and local communities, the animations demonstrate how integrated neighbourhood teams bring professionals together around the needs of local people, helping to improve health, wellbeing and independence. They are intended to support conversations about neighbourhood working and build understanding of how care is becoming more connected and community focused.
