We’re pleased to announce that the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), provided by vivup is now live for all members of the primary and social care workforce across South East London Integrated Care System (SEL ICS).
Funded by SEL ICS to help level up access to support for all those working in health and care, this one-year pilot offers a vital resource to help staff take a proactive approach to their health and wellbeing.
So, whether colleagues are navigating personal challenges or simply looking for tools to support a better work-life balance, the EAP will help provide staff with the support they need – when they need it.
Also, colleagues signing up before 30 July will have a chance of winning a £100 gift voucher. Ten VIVUP users will be randomly selected to receive a voucher for either John Lewis, Morrisons, H&M, Pizza Express, B&M, Cineworld, Currys, or Amazon.
What is the EAP?
The EAP is a free and confidential support service designed to help staff manage a range of personal and professional challenges. It provides access to expert counselling, guidance, and a wealth of online resources tailored to support your mental, physical, and financial wellbeing.
What’s Included?
Here’s what’s on offer from the EAP:
Complete Confidentiality
Staff can feel assured that all use of the EAP is completely confidential, and no information will be shared with anyone else.
