We’re proud to share that South East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is now an accredited London Living Wage Employer.
The London Living Wage is £14.80 an hour. It’s set independently to reflect the higher cost of living in London. It helps workers and their families afford essentials and plan for the future.
At NHS South East London, we know health is shaped by more than healthcare. Income and financial security matter for wellbeing. Paying a fair wage is one way we support this.
