People with health conditions affecting the lungs are being invited to sing as part of their recovery and management of disease. Singing for Lung Health is designed to support people living with long-term lung conditions such as COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis, and more. Through guided breathing exercises, gentle vocal warm-ups, and singing, people can improve breathing control, posture, and overall wellbeing.
The session is led by experienced facilitator and supported by a respiratory physiotherapist. You don’t need any singing experience – just come along and enjoy the benefits of singing in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Who it’s for
This group is ideal for anyone with a chronic lung condition who wants to improve their breathing, boost their mood and confidence, and enjoy social connection through music.
