South London Partnership Clinicians featured in The Psychologist Magazine
Congratulations to Dr Emily Turton, Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Dr Gerard Drennan who were interviewed by The Psychologist Magazine to talk about their work with the Complex Care Programme and restorative justice.
Dr Emily Turton, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, South London Partnership (SLP) Complex Care Programme speaks about her work within the Complex Care programme, and her role trying to bring patients back to the community in the least restrictive option, and to develop improved NHS services so that more people aren’t being sent to private units.
Dr Gerard Drennan spoke about his work in restorative justice, in forensic and mental health settings within the SLP Forensic programme, and how training cohort of staff as Restorative Justice Conference facilitators finally meant their was an understanding about how to apply restorative justice in individual interventions.
