We have set out our vision and priorities for transforming health and care for the people living in south east London.

These strategic priorities have been developed by South East London’s Integrated Care Partnership, which brings together the elected leaders of six local authorities: Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark with other health and care leaders.

This is the first time in south east London that health leaders, local authorities and the voluntary and community sector have come together as a partnership to develop a strategy for the south east London health and care system as a whole.

The development of the priorities follows extensive discussions with local people, including service users and carers, and staff across south east London.

The priorities focus on helping people stay healthy and well, delivering more joined-up, convenient care, and better supporting disadvantaged groups.
