NHS Free Your Mind Take part in the #BeWellChallengeTake part in the #BeWellChallenge this month.

Evidence shows that small actions can make a positive difference to mental health. It is important that we all make time to look after our physical and mental health. Small things, including acts of kindness, volunteering, being active, connecting with friends and pursuing a hobby can make a positive difference to our mental health and wellbeing. To take the #BeWellChallenge all you have to do is make time to do something that is good for your wellbeing and share it with others on social media.

Here’s how you can take part:

  • Share what you’re doing to look after your mental health and wellbeing – use the #BeWellChallenge and #FreeYourMind hashtags.
  • Take part in activities from our Wellbeing Map
  • Try something yourself! Browse activity ideas to support your mental health and wellbeing on our #FreeYourMind website.
  • Help spread the word about the importance of good mental health and wellbeing.

The #BeWellChallenge and #FreeYourMind provide free online tools and information for people if they’re struggling with their mental health or want to take action to support good mental wellbeing. The #FreeYourMind website includes a range of resources such as self-help guides and links to organisations and services that offer help and advice on mental health.
