Update on services at Eltham Palace Surgery
NHS South East London Integrated Care Board is committed to making sure people across south east London get safe, high‑quality primary care.
We can confirm the Care Quality Commission cancelled Eltham Palace Surgery’s legal authority to operate on 19 March 2026 with immediate effect.
We’re working with local partners to maintain continuity of services for all patients. From today (20 March 2026), Eltham Medical Practice will provide services in the same building for everyone registered with Eltham Palace Surgery.
There are no changes to services at this time. This includes all services based at Eltham Community Hospital. Patients should keep using services in the usual way, including:
- booking and going to appointments
- ordering prescriptions
We’ll share more information with patients as plans develop. There’s no action patients need to take now.
