Vaccinations help protect you from serious illness as you get older. Vaccines are safe and give strong protection.
You can get many vaccines for free on the NHS if you’re 65 or older.
This April 2026, the offer of the RSV vaccine has been expanded to include all adults aged 75+ and residents in care homes for older adults. Only one dose is needed. Contact your GP practice to book an appointment.
The Covid-19 vaccine is also available for over 75s this spring. Contact your GP practice to book an appointment or find your nearest pharmacy offering the vaccine.
