SEL ICB publishes suite of equalities reports to tackle patient and workforce inequalities

South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) has published a suite of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) reports on its website. This highlights the ICB’s commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion, both for its patients and its workforce.

Our suite of published EDI reports cover:

The Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) 2023/24 report provides assurance that SEL ICB is meeting its statutory obligations towards patients and staff. The Equality Act 2010 requires us to eliminate discrimination, advance equality and foster good relations. We hope this demonstrates how the ICB is considering equalities issues in service planning and for our workforce.

Organisations with more than 250 employees are required to publish details of their gender pay gap. Doing so increases accountability and drives action to advance gender equality in the workplace. As a new organisation, SEL ICB produced its first Gender Pay Gap report on 27 March 2024.
