Healthier Greenwich Partnership

Healthier Greenwich Partnership brings together partners from the NHS, local council, social care, and the community and voluntary sector. Together they are working to make health and care services better  in Greenwich and to help local people live longer, healthier and happier lives.  Healthier Greenwich Partnership formally reports into the Greenwich Health and Wellbeing Board.

Healthier Greenwich Partnership’s aims include:

Improve health and care services to better meet local needs.

Empower people to take better care of their own health and reduce their dependency on services.

Provide support from health and care professionals who act as one team and work for organisations that behave as one system.

Improve performance of local services.

Reduce duplication. Enable more people to be cared for in the community.
