South East London Integrated Care Board has commissioned a Community Adult Audiology Hearing Aid service for patients who are registered with practices within the boroughs of:
To access the Community Adult Audiology service, a patient will need to be referred by their GP or practice professional via the electronic referral service.
Patients can choose from a list of providers who are located across the South East London ICB boroughs.
The commissioned Community Adult Audiology Hearing Aid Service providers are:
If patients require hearing aid(s), the patient will be given an NHS funded hearing aid(s) which meets their clinical needs.
Home visits are available for housebound patients, referral will need to be made by GP /practice professional via electronic referral service.

The SEL ICB Community Adult Audiology Hearing Aid Service DOES NOT offer ear wax removal. For NHS funded ear wax removal service, please speak to your GP or practice
professional who can refer you into the correct service.
